My name is Shasta Sharpe and I am the owner of Right Approach Appraisal's. I offer appraisals for single family homes, manufactured homes, multi family homes, condos, and vacant land. If you are just looking to list your property for rent but not sure how much, I also offer comparative rent appraisals. I have been in the Real Estate Appraisal business for over ten years. I am a Licensed Residential Appraiser and cover over five counties. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, which means going the extra mile for my customers. Keeping up with the market and new technology is extremely important to me so I can provide premium appraisal services.

Appraisals for single family homes, manufactured homes, multifamily homes, condo, patio homes, and vacant land. I also offer divorce appraisal services as well as comparative rent services. I can complete an appraisal with an as is value and as repaired value if you are looking to renovate. New construction appraisals are offered as well. Don't want me to come in your home... I can complete a "Drive by" appraisal where I take a left side, front, and right side picture of the exterior of your home from the street only.
