Very quick to respond - within 5 min I received a call. Told him my problem he asked if I wanted him to come out today and I said yes. One price for day or night. He showed up, he went right to the furnace made some changes, fixed a little stuff - no replacement just cleaned out some hoses and we were good to go. He was here literally 25 minutes. The only problem I have or had was he charged me for a full hour instead of 30 minutes and it was very expensive so that was my fault. I would probably use them again but this time I will definitely try to negotiate.

P&W went above and beyond everything that they should have done. To say they were fair is an understatement they were much more than fair they were very professional and very good at what they do. Our heat went down on a Saturday night they came out Sunday and looked at it. They couldn't get the parts.They came back Monday several times to get parts and went way out of their way to make sure we had heat. I will use them again if I ever need some more HVAC service and I recommend them to anybody else that needs good service. 5 stars!!!!

Hired for routine heat pump maintenance prior to heating season. Excellent work, overall. Only negative is I had to provide the new air filters which I would expect to be included as part of the service by the heating and air service provider

My furnace quit working and another company I d asked couldn t send anyone until the next day. Steve responded to my Angie s List inquiry and was able to look at my system, replace the faulty part and restored my heat in less than an hour! Thank you!

Steven called me and schedule a time to come by. He even let me know when he was stuck in traffic. As he checked out the unit, he explained everything he was doing. He was professional and got my unit up and running again. I wll definitely call Steven with P&W HVAC Services for any future services.
