Steven was very prompt. He stated that he would be here at 9:00am. He called twenty minutes out. I needed maintenance service for my HVAC. He stated that unit needed Freon. He explained everything in detail. Excellent customer service. He was very polite.

Very personable, professional and efficient. They showed up 2,hours after I called them and they had it running in less the 15 minutes

Absolutely top notch. Came out on Sat., found the problem, came back with fan motor on SUNDAY and had cool air in one hour. Best customer service in Columbia. Best of all a fair price for the work!

Called P&W on a Sunday morning at about 9:30. Our heater went out the night before, and by the morning it was 59 degrees inside and dropping! Got a return call in minutes, Steven, the owner was on his way to our house with a 60 minute ETA. He arrived early and had the problem diagnosed AND fixed before his original ETA!! Who does that? He systematically went through the heating system and had the replacement parts with him. Literally had the heater running in under 10 minutes. Professional, friendly, reliable service. What more could you ask for. Totally exceeded my expectations as previous repair companies either didn't have the part or took 1/2 the day to even get on site. P&W will be our first and probably only call in the future. I can't envision them not being able to take care of our home's heating and cooling needs.

Came over to diagnose poor cooling issue. He identified the coil leak and had to put Freon in it. I had the same issue after and I called someone else. It was the same issue. Both quotes around the same price for repair. He is credible.

They 40 minutes after requesting the service. I didn't have a timeline for the job but they came a day later. Did the job 2 days later.

Could not have received any better service that he provided! He was able to come over a little over an hour after I called. It was a emergency, our air conditioning went out. He was able to get us back in less than an hour. I would recommend him any day! Thank you, for great and excellent service! If you need good and fast service, hire this company!

He came out right away & fixed my central AC. Put in a new part & it runs great! Didnt over charge me either! If you have any problems with your system call them, they are the best! Real pros!!!! Very happy ð & will call them again if I need my system fixed.

I absolutely loved the professionalism of this company!!!! They came early and stayed late to make sure our ac unit was installed in one day. In the attic for over 6 hrs!!!!! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone prompt and professional!!!

Arrived quickly and spent an hour trying to charge the system. Did not bill for the work since it did not fix problem. Requested an estimate for replacement and had four different options in my email before he left my driveway. Arrived at the agreed date early and worked all day, completely testing all components and answering any questions. Honest, straight forward, trustworthy, hardworking and dependable. As long as he s around, there s no question who will service our HVAC system.
