It was an awesome experience, air went out 7.3.23. On 7/4/23, I spoke an agent at HomeAdisor-Angi, received a call from P&W within 5 minutes and he came out an hour later. Gave me the truth, which is nice, fixed my issue and now he is my air guy :0). I would recommend HIGHLY.

Upon completion of a request for an electrician to install a thermostat, I received a call from the owner of P& W HVAC Services, Steven Berry; I informed him of additional services that I needed, although Mr. Berry was booked for the day, he was willing to try to fit me in so that I could have heat. An appointment was scheduled for the following day, Steven was on time, I reiterated what I needed, he answered questions that I had, & took care of my issues promptly, he is professional & his pricing was very reasonable. We discussed a future project, he let me know that he has been in the business for over 20 yrs. I highly recommend Steven & his Co. P& W HVAC Services will be the one that I contact, for the intended future project & other needs related to services his business provides.

This company is the real deal and they took care of me fast and showed me everything that was done. Not like other companies who hide or donâ t do anything and still over charge you. I highly recommend this company !

Very responsive, fast service, and professional work. Showed up within a few hours of the call, and were able to instal a new unit the next day. Even due a call-back service on Sunday (issue with the electric system, not their install)! Prices are a little high, but more than reasonable for the speed and quality of service in the middle of the SC summer!

Sorry, this is a late response. I received this service 6/14/22. The two gentlemen arrived at my house within an hour of me calling. My AC problem was discovered and repaired in no time at all. My home has been cool and no further problems with my unit since. They were prompt, swift, polite and knowledgeable. They were respectful of my property and did not leave a mess. I am still extremely satisfied!!!
