As a single woman, I've had services take advantage of me before and charge large amounts for their services. This man was very open that I only needed a thermostat and recommended some other things to think about in the future--but didn't pressure me or hard sell me. Told me things were good for a while yet. I appreciated that honesty. Can't recommend him enough!!!!!

He was honest about my problem and was able to fix it right away. They are very good at what they do.

Great company and service!

I was very worried that I would encounter a repair person who would try to sell me on paying thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. Steven does not work that way. He was straight forward and told me what I could get by with and what could wait. I will use him again.

Fast, friendly and very professional. Explained all details of the install, and product. Made sure we were pleased with the install. On time and they called to let me know when they were in route to my house. Installed a new unit and added two vent to a room. I am very please with the work, and will use them for all my AC needs.

Fast and quality service

My Inquire for service went out at 10:00pm. He called me 15 minutes later and came 30 - 45 minutes to look at my ace in the middle of the night. He was very honest about his recommendations and very understanding of our situation. I really appreciated the care and work I received from them

Received a call within 10 minutes of placing my need for AC service. We just wanted to have the AC checked out before summer. Scheduled the appointment for the next day. Technician arrived and tested the whole system. Added freon to system and identified 2 parts that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and explained everything. We highly recommend the company!

checked internet as soon as I noticed a problem w/HVAC. Received a call from P&W almost immediately. Booked that day, but fit me in anyway. Arrived 6:30 pm, earlier than stated. Immediately checked the unit . Turned out it needed replacement parts and free-on. Gave me very reasonable estimate. I agreed. Had system running correctly within 30 minutes. Received follow-up call to verify still working. Tech very knowledgeable. Unit is 15 yrs old. gave me estimate for replacement if/when time comes. Very informative and advised of long term plan for our heating & air unit plus our ductwork. Steven is very respectful and knows his business. My son has work he need done on his unit and I have advised him to call Steven. If you need hvac work - be sure to give him a call.

I had a heating emergency at 7pm Christmas night 2013, and Steven Berry called me within 2 mins. to say he could come to my home and look at the issue. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and provided quality service at a very reasonable price. He took the time to explain what repair was needed, & then stayed to ensure that it was fixed and I had heat. It was a refreshing feeling that there are people out there that care about the welfare of their customers. I have found the HVAC company I will use and highly recommend to all my friends/co-workers.
