I have copd and loss of part of my lung, it took home two days so I was without my air which he new ahead of time, he did bring a small window unit but I could only cool the living room somewhat, not a fun night! Also he came in 200.00 dollars over his quote, not a good business practice! Other than that they did good work!

Steve was able to diagnose that problem and fix the problem at a reasonable price. He was honest about the repairs needed and did not try to up-sell us toward other repairs. P & W will be the only HVAC service I use from now on.

This was our first contact with this company, and it was only to check our eight year old heat pump to head off any potential problems. We were impressed that they showed up on time, we're very honest with the evaluation, did not try to sell us anything, reported no particular problems, infomed us of the average life of our equipment and pointed out that our supplemental heat strips were not being utilized by our replacement thermostat that was installed by our home security company. Interestingly, he was the first service person to point this out.

Woke up to a house with no heat and kids in the house. They arrived within an hour of my initial phone call, and were able to inspect the furnace. Our system was the original for the house, and was shot. They were able to install a new furnace the next day (before our snowstorm), and then came back on Tuesday to install the new A/C compressor and thermostat. They were clean and courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. Our furnace is in the attic and it was not easy to get in and out. I will have them back in the spring to service the A/C. I highly recommend Steve and the crew at P & W HVAC Service for your heating and cooling needs.

They were able to really explain what caused the problem, and what parts they used to fix our unit. Very trustworthy, and I'll be calling them to service my A/C when spring comes.
