They came exactly when they said they would, quickly found the problem and now the unit works great

I put in a quote request and heard from them less than a minute after sending the request. That was around 10:30am and they came by noon. Steve called to give me the time of arrival as soon as he was on his way.

Steven was very courteous and worked quickly to replace my thermostat. He even checked my freon levels and unit for added peace of mind.

Responded very quickly and great to work with. The only negative was the starter cap replacement seemed to be overly priced.

They responded to our emergency on a Sunday morning in less than an hour. Came early Monday morning to start installation. Completed when they said they would. I am very pleased with their services.

He was JJohnny on the spot.

Steve is amazing! We called at 8pm, he said he'd be here at 9:30 & arrived at 9! You can never be too early when there is no AC. He and the other gentleman working with him diagnosed our problem, replaced the bad part and had our AC working in 20 minutes! His prices are extremely reasonable for an after hours repair call. Steve is honest, professional and has integrity; a rarity today. He has a new permanent customer!

I have worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and I can honestly say P & W HVAC Services is the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous HVAC contractor I have ever worked with. They don't cut corners. They used quality materials and equipment at reasonable cost. Will call them for all my HVAC work.

Problem was solved with out this company doing any work.. But they did not charge me to come out look it over and give an estimate. That is good customer service.
