checked internet as soon as I noticed a problem w/HVAC. Received a call from P&W almost immediately. Booked that day, but fit me in anyway. Arrived 6:30 pm, earlier than stated. Immediately checked the unit . Turned out it needed replacement parts and free-on. Gave me very reasonable estimate. I agreed. Had system running correctly within 30 minutes. Received follow-up call to verify still working. Tech very knowledgeable. Unit is 15 yrs old. gave me estimate for replacement if/when time comes. Very informative and advised of long term plan for our heating & air unit plus our ductwork. Steven is very respectful and knows his business. My son has work he need done on his unit and I have advised him to call Steven. If you need hvac work - be sure to give him a call.

I had a heating emergency at 7pm Christmas night 2013, and Steven Berry called me within 2 mins. to say he could come to my home and look at the issue. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and provided quality service at a very reasonable price. He took the time to explain what repair was needed, & then stayed to ensure that it was fixed and I had heat. It was a refreshing feeling that there are people out there that care about the welfare of their customers. I have found the HVAC company I will use and highly recommend to all my friends/co-workers. Just a really good experience all around.. Saved me a lot of money fixing what was wrong the first time and telling me everything about it. (I called him as a second opinion from another company I was not happy with.) If anything goes wrong in the future or if I need anything else done I am going to go with this company.
