+ -1 moreIn the beginning I thought they were. But as it turns out they are not.
Description of Work: Remove existing tile replace with new. They did not complete the job even though they were paid. A large portion of the floor was not grouted and the wall molding did not cover the tile. I pointed this out to them. They kept saying that they were going to come back and fix it but never did. I had to get someone else to fix it. I also paid them a down payment back in July to do another job which they never did and I having trouble getting my deposit back.
