+ -1 morethey did work without permission and without giving me the requested estimate. They came onto my property when they knew I was out of town for an extended period. They left my roof worse than they found it and then would not make a repair that was satisfactory to me. In fact, they tried to blame me for the problem.
Description of Work: Asked for an estimate for roof repairs on metal roof. Roofer came out said roof too hot to inspect would return. I said I would be leaving in 3 days for two months but would be reachable by phone to give me the estimate. They never called. Then I got a bill while I was away. When I returned home I found that they had dented the main ridge vent of my roof and in in general had made the main ridge vent look like something that belonged on a shack. (The roof cost $40000) They tried to say someone else had been on my roof and made the dent. When that didn't work on me they gave more excuses. I ased that they replace the entire ridge vent because any attempt to patch their dent and other damage would only make it worse. I have heard nothing since. In general they do poor work and do not stand behind their work.

+ -1 moreThey were timely when doing the estimate and the final price matched the estimate. The roofing job appears to have been done well and looks great! The only issue was the timeliness in actually starting the roofing job. Seemed to be a different excuse every time I called. However, it may have just been the circumstances, so I would definitely try using them again.
Description of Work: Re-roofed our house.

+ 2 moreThe first job went very well with this company, but the painting and siding job did not go well at all. They painted over rotten wood and the siding they put on had to be replaced, as well, the next year.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my dining room and they told me it wasn't the roof but a leak in an upstairs window. A few years later I hired them to replace some siding and paint the exterior of my house.
