+ -1 moreHe arrived as scheduled for the estimate and returned as scheduled on the day he did the cleaning. He is very personable, thorough, and we are very pleased with our clean carpets. He stands behind and takes pride in his work.
Description of Work: Steve Veres, owner of Inlet Hygienitech, uses a carpet cleaning method called "HOST," which is dry carpet cleaning. He cleaned our entire home including stairs and did an excellent job, taking special care in some problem areas.

+ 0 moreGreat experience. He arrived on time- for both the estimate and the work. I moved most of the furniture, but he had gliders and moved the rest as he worked to make sure to get all the areas. Dry cleaning system he applied to our carpets seemed to clean them beautifully. We had not cleaned them for a couple of years and there were some traffic patterns and spots. He was able to remove most of the obvious discoloring and worked on the areas multiple times to make sure it was done correctly. I would and will use him every time we need work performed. He said no job is too small.
Description of Work: Steve (owner) came to our home for estimate to clean two rooms of carpet, then performed the service.
