My natural driveway was flooding after every heavy rain. Indigo offered a plan and implemented their solution. No more flooding! I couldn't be more pleased with the price, the men who worked tirelessly with an eye to every detail, or the high level of communication with the owner. Even weeks after the job was completed, the owner called to be sure I was still happy with my driveway. Indigo exceeded all expections and I enthusiastically recommend them for any landscaping job or weekly maintenance needs. Very, very satisfied customer!

The service turned out real good. I paid a different driver for the top soil, but everything else was included in the price. The price was acceptable for us, although we didn't bid it out. The quality of work was excellent. He was more professional, than all the builders that we had. When we set the date, he came out, they were on time, and his crew was on top of the game. I was hesitant to use him at first because of a negative review on Angie's List.
Description of Work: I use Indigo Landscaping & Construction, Inc. They put top soil, leveled it, and put in our sprinkler system.

Having to work around the weather and just the busy spring install season, it went well. Visited the site before,during and after the install.
Description of Work: Brought in 12 yards of topsoil. Leveled the dirt. Installed a 4 zone sprinkler system with an upgraded controller. Installed two pallets of zoysia sod. Very happy with the work performed. The owner (Robert) will make sure it's done right. He visited our site numerous times.

We have the most compliments from our neighbors about our yard. They are very reliable. Robert Steuer is very gifted and nice to work with. He may not be the least expensive but the quality shows in his work.

What was supposed to be 2-3 weeks turned into 2 1/2 months. The "Owner" would reply only to email, not calls, which caused more delays. We were treated like a problem customer for just asking questions on how to water, fertilize the new plants, etc. This was after he would not come himself to fix a drainage issue that was not addressed by him in the beginning. He would send a manager to "see what he could do" but never took any responsibility for anything he did. All 3 of the 8-10` palm trees planted died after only 4-5 months and we were told he would replace them once and then we were on our own. All other landscapers offer a one year guarantee I have since learned. I thought I was dealing with a professional but ended up with lots of promises and not much else. It did end up looking good in the end however lots of frustration was caused by this company.

We actually completed our work by the second week in January, but the owner was upset because he had drainage issues that had been caused by the pool contractor who sold him a 'pig in a poke' and did not handle the grading issues as he should have. The machine grading and drainage was not our responsibility as you can see by the above proposals and pay requests. Once that debate was concluded the owner asked us to handle the drainage issues as well as add a wooden sidewalk. If he were unhappy with us he would not have asked us to build the sidewalk. We sent that bill along with the final bill for the original work (See Above) on January 31, 2008. Later in the summer some of the Palmetto trees died. We replaced them all. However the owner wanted us to install more drainage around the replacement Palmetto trees for free. We are not a charity organization. I informed the owner that we would replace all dead trees. Although there was no contract stating that we gave a one year warranty, we do indeed honer that. A one year warranty is fairly standard in this industry. What that means is that if plants die before one year has passed after planting, they are replaced 1 time for free. It does not mean that plants are replaced over and over for one year. This is the standard practice amongst landscape professionals. The owner was upset that we were unable to give him additional drainage for free. However, we did replace all dead plant material as any professional company would. After all this occurred, the owner still had us back the first week of August for additional work to his irrigation. It seems odd to me that he would have done that if he thought we were dishonest or uncooperative. August 4, 2008 PAYMENT REQUEST FOR IRRIGATION SERVICES INCLUDING: Labor, Equipment, and Materials PROJECT: Gore Residence IRRIGATION: Move 2 irrigation heads Total Amount Due: $25.00 Every single client I have has access to my personal cell phone. I prefer to handle normal business issues via email, not only because it allows me to be more efficient with my time, but it allows all parties to have written copy of exchanges. However, I do spend much of my time on the phone with my clients as I tend to create long lasting, personal relationships with my clients. I find it to be inconsistent that this client paid all bills in 2008 in a timely fashion, called us back in August for additional work after we replaced dead Palmetto trees, and he then writes this scathing review some 4 years later.
