+ -1 moreMr. Giorlando came to my house to review the work and give me an estimate to remodel a bathroom. His price was 3 times more than anyone else, so I gave him a specific budget and a list of specific non-negotiable items I wanted in the space. He reviewed the list and told me he could do it. I kept asking for a written estimate, he kept procrastinating until the day they were to start work. While his crew was upstairs starting the demolition, he gave me the estimate which included cheaper versions of the specific things I wanted. I was willing to talk about it, but Mr. Giorlando was more interested at screaming at me. I had heard from others in the neighborhood that he was a beligerant hothead, but had not seen it for myself until that day. I had to ask him to leave my home. He then sent me ugly emails.
Description of Work: He did not perform the work. His $29,000 estimate was outlandish. His attitude and outrageously horrible temper was unacceptable. The contractor I ultimately hired did precisely what I asked for, and did it for $8000 ---- using the specific materials I wanted as opposed the ones that Mr. Giorlando insisted were more "hip",
