Description of Work: Hired "Carolina Exterminators" in July of 2012 for our pest and termite protection. Their initial service was very good and were on time for appointments. They were to check the bait traps and spray in late October and never showed up. It took 3 phone calls to them before they came out in mid November. The house was vacant while we were away from mid December until March 10th. "Carolina Exterminators was supposed to check the bait traps and spray in early February and never did. We called them 5 times over the next week to have them come out to no avail. My wife did speak with a woman on one of the calls who said they were a couple of weeks behind due to illness. On March 21st we sent them an email and left a phone message requesting termination of their service.
