It went very well. I spent $100 - $150 more than the big deal special. They would not do down round the ground level from the ground up outside. He said he wasn't supposed to do that as far as power washing it. He said it would be a certain amount more to be able to do that. It had molds on it and it had to be done so I had to pay more. It was fine. The people were really nice. They're very accommodating back and forth but I had to pay more. He said that whatever I ordered specifically said a certain thing. The guy was very pleasant and nice. The company couldn't have been nicer. The lady from the company called and made sure he was there and if it went well. He did a great job after he did some steps in the front. He did a lot of things he didn't have to do. I was pleased. It was fine. I would use them in the future.

Henry arrived on time. When I looked at the equipment on his trailer I knew I had hired a professional. The trailer and the equipment were tidy and clean. This was no ordinary pressure washing equipment. We walked around the house and discussed our needs and some recommendations that Henry made. Henry estimated that it would take him at least 3 hours to complete the work. In the end it took nearly four hours. Henry had some challenges ahead of him. Some areas of our house had not been pressure washed for several years and the driveway and walkways had never been done. We have been here 13 years.Henry worked non-stop until the work was done. The results were amazing. Literally all of the mold and mildew was gone. What little remained was due to the paint on some of the trim. My wife, Vicki, is a very detailed lady and can be very particular. She was still talking about how great a job Henry had done at dinner. Henry was knowledgeable, approachable and understood exactly what we wanted. Henry takes pride in his work. The results are incredible. The drive and walk ways look like we just moved in. To accomplish this a buffer was used to deep clean the cement. Areas that I was prepared to repaint this fall can wait another year. Here in Charleston, this kind of work needs to be done every couple of years.We are looking forward to having Aqua Flow bak in 2015. My husband has been having this house pressure washed for the three years prior to having Aqua Force pressure wash it this year. The difference in the quality of the results was dramatic. The sidewalk and columns that go from the carport to the back screened porch and/or side door were so clean and white that friends have asked when we could have possibly found the time to paint the columns and what did we do to the sidewalks? The work crew were punctual, hard-working, and professional. When we are ready to stage the house for sale, we will hire Aqua Force Pressure Washing to clean the driveway. The time delay in writing this review is IN NO WAY a reflection on Aqua Force Pressure Washing as a company to work with or the quality of their work. We had thought the work of the company we used those three prior years was very good until now. My husband is just amazed the vast difference between good, ok and they way it should be done... extremely clean.

I was up charged an additional $50 that day and my drive way was never pressure washed. The house power washing came out great. When I contacted aqua force and proved with online receipts that the drive service wash purchased, they said the would get back to me. I called once a week for three weeks and still no resolution.

The gents called ahead and arrived when they said they would. There was some initial conversation related to cost as they stated the quoted price only included the second level living area as the garage below was not considered to be a part of the house. After convincing them the building is all,one contiguous property, they agreed to complete the work. This was done effectively and efficiently in several hours. I would recommend these folks to,others and will use them again in the future.

I received a quote from Peggy prior to purchasing the Angie's List deal as our home was larger that the "deals" details. We knew the estimate would be more but wanted to verify how much more prior to purchasing the deal. Peggy gave us a quote of approx $100 but, did state it could vary, however, $100 was a good estimate. Henry came to look at the home after purchasing the deal to confirm the estimated charges over the Angie's deal price. He was extremely nice and professional but, stated he would have to think about it and send us the quote later. We never received the quote so, I called. Peggy said she would e-mail and never did. The day before they were scheduled to come, I called and Peggy said she misplaced my e-mail address. She told me it would be $250 additional over the $150 Angie's list deal. That was MUCH different than the $100 estimate she gave me prior. A little more, I could deal with but not that much. The house is pretty bad and I do not doubt that Aqua Force would do a good job but, I would feel better getting other quotes verses paying $400 for a job I had nothing to compare to. It did not seem like a "deal" to me. The communications, or lack thereof, with Peggy were very frustrating.

Spoke with 4 times. Never called me back until today. Seemed like a bait and switch, I only needed 400 sq feet completed as stated in the deal. Said that I was out of their service area.

Henry arrived promptly to perform the job and made several reasonable recommendations regarding various aspects of the areas that needed pressure washing. He worked most of the day to complete the job and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again for any pressure washing project.

There was a special on Angie's List for a driveway powerwash for $99. I have a long driveway and a bluestone patio, and I asked for a price to have it all cleaned. it was an additional $145 for the extra space, but it was well worth it. Henry and Rick did an excellent job, and I will be using them in the fall to powerwash my house.

Aqua Force showed up on time and did an excellant job on my house.They were carefull with my landscaping and flower beds and did not damage any of my screens or soffits, which has happened in the past.They were able to remove all of the mold and dirt from my siding and trim.My porches and decks are spotless now and the entire house looks like it just was just painted.The driveways and sidewalks look like they did when the house was built..Aqua Force was not the cheapest estimate,but the quality and profesionalism of their work was worth every penny.I will definitly have them back next year!

They were very professional and it was a routine house pressure washing job. The estimate was given over the phone after answering questions about the size of the house, # of porches etc. They were very professional and friendly. The work was done the next day and we were happy with the work we saw. We were out that afternoon and returned after dark. The next day, after the driveway was dry, we noticed an area that had been missed. I called Aqua Force and explained the problem, but that we were in no hurry. We did want it addressed while the difference was obvious. They were apologetic and said they would be out, but they never returned. While I am disappointed with this issue, the overall work was good and we would possibly try them again. I suppose we would inspect a little closer before they leave.

Came on time and provided excellent service.

A lady by the name of Peggy answered the phone promptly, provided an estimate, and scheduled the service. The crew arrived as scheduled. They were polite and behaved proffessionally. Though they did a very good job of cleaning the house there were some aspects of the work that I'm not happy about. They did not move, or warn my wife to move, some potted plants that were next to the house. The bleach water they used killed them. Also, I don't know if they had a spill or an equipment malfunction but they killed a two square foot patch of my lawn, in the front yard where it is visible from the street. Given both the positive and negative aspects of this encounter I will probably do a search again next time time the house needs cleaning. If I do chose to use them again I will make sure that we move plants first and keep a closer eye on the crew.

The male worker was very nice and did a great job. He went over the house several times to make sure it was done correct. I would used this service again after the pollen month next year.

These guys are great , showed up on time , spent most of the day on the project , which was perfect. The price was great for the number of hours and areas that were completed. I will use this company for all my future needs.

Our experience was great. Our 4500 square foot house had never been done in the 5 years we have lived in it and it looks great! We will tell all of our neighbors and will definitely call them again. But we won't wait so long now that we have someone we can trust!!

Setting up the appointment was easy and I got a confirmation call the day of the service. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional, they are the kind of folks who simply brighten up everyone's day. The results were astounding, better then expected and the price was really amazing. My patio and driveway concrete have never looked this good! I used to have a rug over the patio to cover the boring look of the concrete, but it looks so amazing now I don't want to cover it up. It's almost like the driveway looks polished. Henry went above and beyond even more by working on the outdoor furniture and improved the look much more then I could ever expect. There is no comparison at all between Aqua Force and any other pressure washing company or individual I've ever used. Without a doubt I'll use this company again and recommend them to everyone!

From start to finish I could not be more pleased. Henry is a pleasure to work with. The entire process from the first phone call until watching Henry drive away was first class. We will definitely use this provider again. Incidentally, I joined Angies List just to find this type of contractor. I have tried going the Craigslist route and have found it is a crap shoot with regards to what you get on there. My time is too valuable to mess around with folks that aren't serious about business and providing good service so I am very grateful to this website and for all the folks before me that took the time to review Aqua Force. Gave me a quotation over the phone based on a few questions (sq. ft, siding, presence of porches, railings, decks, degree of dirt and/or mold, etc). Although the quotation was significantly less (~50%) than a competitor, I took a chance. Came the next day at the arranged time, did not require me to be there, and got to work. Was finishing up as I came home from work. The house was beautifully cleaned, as were all the pickets and railings. His final price was about $50 over his initial estimate, owing to stubborn mold on the north side of the house needing several extra passes. I will use this service from now on without hesitation. First class work.
