Atlantic Coast Pressure Washing

The service overall was good. However, I explained in buying the deal that I work out of town frequently. I asked for a walk through and phone call to schedule it, which never happened. As a result, I had to pay twice the deal to have the service completed. I would likely use the service again, but I am canceling my Angie's List membership as this is the second "coupon" that has cost me more than I paid.

I described above. He did an excellent job, we are very satisfied with his job. He started at 10:00 and left at 5:30 pm. He spent the whole Satuday cleaning, washing, never complained... although it was a cold day and afterwards the result was fantastic. It's like having a new house!

Washing was very good, though after the deal was purchased through Angie's List the provider called back and said that cleaning the porch would be $75 extra. Was a very small porch and I felt it should be included in the home as it was with other power washers. I agreed to the extra because i had already paid for the deal and had a short time frame in which the house needed to be washed, but do feel it was not fair.

They called afer I purchased this deal to set up and apointment time. Very friendly. They showed up on time, did a good job powerwashing my wooding sidding house. House had not been washed in quite some time. I was very concired about them cleaing my windows because they are very old and might break with a powerwasher. They were able to clean them with out andy damage. They cleaned up all of there supplies and left no trash or any damage.

The first date was delayed due to weather, but they scheduled us as quickly as possible.

Fence and pool deck turned out beautifully. Henry was wonderful and we will call him again and recommend him highly.

Worst home improvement experience ever. They destroyed the finish on our home and are not insured to cover the damages. Probably enough said. 5 months of people visiting and apology phone calls and we are stuck with a home the has yellow chemical stains and streaks all over it. I do not like doing reviews but considering the cost and trouble this has been I hope it will prevent someone else from going through it.

They were quite nice and professional with all contact. I just will not need the service prior to the expiration date as explained above.

The gentleman worked very hard and did several areas that had been neglected.

The man was on time, walked around the house with me to determine what was needed then proceeded to carefully clean all surfaces mentioned plus lawn chairs and soffits not mentioned in the estimate. He spent 3 and 1/2 hours to complete the job. This is the place I will call in future for all pressure washing

It went well overall and quality of work was excellent. There was some communication problem between me, the office and the driver in getting the directions down but it didn't matter since we were not home at the time of service. We were pleasantly surprised how good the driveway looked when we saw it the next day. I rated the price a B because I was hoping to get the job done for about $100 but their price was as good or better than other estimates I got plus they were able to do the work sooner than other similar companies. I rated the company a B for professionalism because it was like dealing with a friend or neighbor than a slick commercial entity. I would recommend them with confidence and have no hesitation in using them again.

Henry was challenged by our really stained concrete...never cleaned in about 5 years. He got it all clean and took mildew off the doors and house without being asked. Our brick patio even had moss growing on part of it when he started and today it looks like new. Henry worked steadily for nearly 5 hours and, although we were quoted a price of between $200-250, we were sure the bill would be higher. Not the case.....Henry charged the amount we were quoted. We are very happy with his work.

It was uneventful, but it was fine. I did not see any difference. I know they did it. I would use them again.

After the owner was done, we talked a bit about the history of the business and his professional history outside of his current business. He was an extremely nice, hard working man whom I would recommend without hesitation. Incidentally, the owner had a large tank which he carried on a trailer and he mentioned (after the work was completed) that sometimes companies will quote you a lower price but then they arrive with a very small power washer and have to get on a ladder in order to reach the elevated parts of your house. Often those power washers (per this man) aren't as thorough as with the heavy duty power washers. All in all (minus the talking), it took a little less than three hours and cost $250 as was quoted. Thumbs up all the way. P.S. We bought our house a few months ago and it probably had never been power washed in its 11 years of life and was pretty green. He said he's seen houses where the sidewalks and siding as well have turned black from mold and some parts even red. He said once the siding turns red there's nothing he can do. The bleach doesn't work, it has to be scrubbed,and then the siding would have to be painted. If it's black, you must let him know because more chemical has to be used and the process takes longer and will be more expensive.

We took advantage of a special price being offered as "whole house" cleaning. We felt that quotes on additional services (decks, sidewalks, porch) were very high in proportion to the surface area. They cleaned the house well but the exterior of the screened porch was not considered part of the house so it wasn't cleaned.

It went very well. I spent $100 - $150 more than the big deal special. They would not do down round the ground level from the ground up outside. He said he wasn't supposed to do that as far as power washing it. He said it would be a certain amount more to be able to do that. It had molds on it and it had to be done so I had to pay more. It was fine. The people were really nice. They're very accommodating back and forth but I had to pay more. He said that whatever I ordered specifically said a certain thing. The guy was very pleasant and nice. The company couldn't have been nicer. The lady from the company called and made sure he was there and if it went well. He did a great job after he did some steps in the front. He did a lot of things he didn't have to do. I was pleased. It was fine. I would use them in the future.

Henry arrived on time. When I looked at the equipment on his trailer I knew I had hired a professional. The trailer and the equipment were tidy and clean. This was no ordinary pressure washing equipment. We walked around the house and discussed our needs and some recommendations that Henry made. Henry estimated that it would take him at least 3 hours to complete the work. In the end it took nearly four hours. Henry had some challenges ahead of him. Some areas of our house had not been pressure washed for several years and the driveway and walkways had never been done. We have been here 13 years.Henry worked non-stop until the work was done. The results were amazing. Literally all of the mold and mildew was gone. What little remained was due to the paint on some of the trim. My wife, Vicki, is a very detailed lady and can be very particular. She was still talking about how great a job Henry had done at dinner. Henry was knowledgeable, approachable and understood exactly what we wanted. Henry takes pride in his work. The results are incredible. The drive and walk ways look like we just moved in. To accomplish this a buffer was used to deep clean the cement. Areas that I was prepared to repaint this fall can wait another year. Here in Charleston, this kind of work needs to be done every couple of years.We are looking forward to having Aqua Flow bak in 2015. Would recommend Aqua Flow to anyone in need of pressure washing services. Aqua Flow is the BEST
