"We recently purchased a 1 BR ocean front investment property in Myrtle Beach. The place needed a complete overhaul. He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."
