 + -1 morePrices comes around the neighborhood with a truck of pine straw, OR you can call them to have a delivery. You tell them how much pinestraw you want and where you want it. There are two men who unload it and place it. You pay them and they're on their way! The delivery men and Mr. Prices are all very polite and helpful.
Description of Work: Prices Golden Brown Pine Straw delivers Pine Straw to your home. Cost for the pine straw is fair, and for me, home delivery makes more sense than going to purchase it somewhere myself. They also unload and place the bales wherever you need them to put them, which helps lighten my work load. That is one of the big reasons I like buying the straw from them. The men who do the actual delivery are very polite and work fast too. I have to mention an incident I had with a delivery Prices made to my house last year; (it was 50 bales of pine straw.) I was working and wasn't able to see the pine straw they delivered, but when I did go outside to spread the straw, I found that the bales were all old, and basically fell apart when I picked them up or tried to spread them. There was no good straw at all!!! I was pretty upset, to say the least. I eventaully talked with the owner or 'Prices', John Prices, and explained the situation. He agreed to replace the pine straw at no cost. I was very impressed with Mr. Prices, and the fact that he was honest and did the right thing. He also explained that the straw that was on the delivery truck that day, was loaded before he had a chance to see what the straw looked like. He said he would never have allowed that straw to have been sold, had he seen it. I just purchased another 40 bales of straw, and it was all fresh. I plan to continue to purchase pine straw from Prices, and would recommend them highly.
