He came up almost 120 sq feet short, and priced our HIGHLY upgraded house at $40-50 below on the price per square foot compared to all of our identical neighbors and comps. When we disputed the appraisal and asked for a simple remeasure, he and his boss wouldn't even consider it. We have original builders blue prints, two appraisals, and title documents all reflecting a much higher square footage (all within 6 sq feet). Travis was highly unprofessional, takes no pride in his work, and didn't seem to care that his lack of attention to detail cost us the sale of our house.
Description of Work: Travis Tuckett came out to appraise our property before closing. All parties had agreed upon a price, and he measured our house incorrectly.
