+ -1 moreThe guy called before coming, came promptly. Was very courteous and professional. Will call when others parts are in and set up time to fix items. I have been told the price and they will send a bill. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Description of Work: Fixed my dryer, fixed part of my refrigerator & other parts on order. Parts on order for my wager.

+ -1 moreMy dryer was working it just had no heat to dry the clothes. I stopped by Stromans appliance center and a repairman was at my home the next day. He was extremely friendly and professional. He changed the thermostat in no time at all and my dryer was fixed. The service call was $65.00 and $24.95 for the thermostat. They saved me from having to spend a lot of $$$ buying a brand new dryer. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs appliance service. They also sell appliances if you're in need of something new.

+ -1 moreOur repairman's name was Cal, and he was wonderful. Every time he was here when he said he would be and he worked on that washing machine two or three times and kept at it until it was repaired for good. When he found he didn't have the knowledge to work on the old fridge he took it into the shop for an older gentleman to repair and brought it back good as new. I cannot recommend this store and repair facility enough.
Description of Work: Repaired our 1941 Frigidaire Refrigerator. Repaired our GE washing machine with a factory defect.

+ -1 moreEverything was excellent!!! from setting the appointment for a serviceman to come to my house - to the actual repair being done. I was very shocked at the professionalism and courteousness of the technician.
Description of Work: Thanks to my daughter for turning the drum in my dryer backwards. I had to have a belt replaced on my dryer. I have a new model washer/ dryer set on pedestals. The top, front and part of the back had to be taken off the dryer. He had my dryer fixed in no time! I will be calling them for any future appliance needs, whether it be a purchase or repair!!!

+ 0 moreEverything was great! Right ontime and Ineverhad to lift a finger. The last service call, I left the gentlemen in the house to finish the work. They exit and locked up the house before leaving. That is what I call trust. We need to have more situations like this in this day amd time.
Description of Work: Stroman's is a small "home town" store, Not a big franchise. So, it is very surprising that they can delivery,set up and give "personal" professional service without the "four" hour window that other companies require you let them have. My fridge went out one day when I returned home from work. I visited some of the big stores, only to find I would have to wait, some as ling as a week to get a new one. I visited Stroman, explained what happened and they delivered one to me within two days. They came within an one hour window, installed and set up and clean up any trash that was left. The ice maker was not working, they ordered and within two days, everything was installed and working well. To be a small family owned business, Stroman's appliances delivered and set up in a very timely fashion. I have since purchased all appliances in my kitchen from Stroman's and if I need service, I never have to wait around during a "four+" window waiting. If they promise to be there a certain time, they call and arrive. If they are running late, no problem, they will let you know. To be a small business, not a franchise, this company can give the bigger ones lessons in punctuality, professionalism and time management. The experience is above and beyond all others. Unless something has changed in the way business ishandled, you can guarantee a very pleasant experience both in and out of the store, The sales clerks are the best. (And hats off to the service department.)
