Karen Choe sold our house in Orangeburg and was exceptional in communication, professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail and going the extra mile. We had multiple buyer issues before the right one. Inspections turned up issues and she stayed on top of contractors to get work completed as we were out of town. Alice Hutto received a short notice phonecall from us indicating that we wished to view a property. Alice stated that she was in the area and would make herself available for a viewing within 90 minutes of our call. We viewed the property and expressed our interest. Alice was extemely professional and had patience with us over the next few weeks as we arranged our finances. She never once placed any pressure on us and was always available when we needed advice or access for a house inspector or other professionals. Alice advised us on the best offer to place on the house and saved us thousands on the final agreed price. The house that we purchased was only $30,000, though it was listed at a much higher price. I'm not sure what Mrs. Hutto would get on commission for a house of that price, but whatever it is, I'm sure it's not near enough. A true professional who is more than great at her job!
