They come on time and they do a thorough job of spraying. There's nothing negative to say about them. The guy that came was kind of a knucklehead. I would use them again.

I recommend them they do a good job. They come out every fall to inspect the house for termites. I had a problem with mice and they took care of that problem. They're prompt and courteous. Their prices are competitive with other pest control companies in the area.

We started with them in 2004 and we pay a yearly charge of about $25 a month, but I think there was an initial fare. I like the people we deal with and everyone in the area likes, too. If you savage yourself to them, they are pretty nice. They are responsive, call ahead and let you know when they are coming. They are efficient in what they do and I give them high marks. We will use them again in the future.

The contract for the termite service and inspection was already on the house when I moved in . I inherited it from the previous owner of the house, which was my mother. She never had any complaints about them. He came out and completed an inspection on the inside and outside of the house in the summer and did find some fire damage. He was very conscientious of me, since I had just moved in. He worked around all the boxes. He was very, very nice. I am usually uncomfortable of someone coming into my house and I did not feel that way about him. I plan on renewing the contract for the termite bond, which comes with an annual inspection. They have had the contract on this house since it was built, about 48 or 49 years. I don't always know when they are coming but they leave a note on the door. They don't contact me unless they find something. They do not spray the house, they just come out and do the inspection and hold the bond. I have not used anyone else so I am not sure if their price is comparable. They seem to be better than another company I used in the past that used a bating system. They came almost immediately once I called them.
