Dumb Blondes Lawn Maintenance

Russell has worked for us for at least 7 years straight. Russell is a one man show. He moves fast. He is self-directed. He mows, weed wacks, edges, and blows the clippings up. I have a large yard and he does this for $40 a trip. He does my lawn twice a month. He keeps the schedule in his head and when he has a few properties in the same area, he comes; so it is not exactly every two weeks. If you are not fast, he will be gone before you can pay him; and then you have to send in his payment to him, or catch him up next time. HE DOES NOT WASTE TIME! I can always reach him, and he returns my calls promptly. He comes when he says he will. He doesn't do "gardening" that I know of, and I am not sure if he would recognize a zinnia; but he says he will do clean-up at the beginning of the year, though I am not sure what this entails. He takes pride in his work, is not much of a talker, and is honest. I have tried to use several other people for cutting trees, and laying sod...and they have ALL been unreliable, and slack. Russell is RELIABLE, FAST, HONEST. I hope this doesn't make him so "called on" that I lose out, but he deserves the praise.

We pay them every time they come out. He comes out consistently every month. They come when I am about to call them, so the yard is taken care of. In the spring, he will do yard cleanup and pick up the branches.
