"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

Mr. Anderson was born and raised in Yemassee, SC where he owned and operated Freedom Air (formerly known as Anderson Services). Due to the company's rapid growth, Mr. Anderson relocated his business to a commercial estate. Freedom Air currently serves over 1200 customers per year throughout the lowcountry region. Our main focus is residential service and replacement. Freedom Air is a company customers trust to provide them with integrity, total comfort from heating and air conditioning systems, quality workmanship, and superior customer service. We have 3 Locations: Bluffton, SC, Hampton, SC, and Pooler, GA.

I was told that I had a 10-year warranty on parts, and if I kept up a yearly service contract that I would have a 10-year warranty on labor as well. That was an outright lie because now, 4 years later, they tell me that was never part of the sale, and I have no warranty on labor. I spent hundreds of dollars on yearly service contracts with this company. What a fraud. These people are liars. Stay away. There are so many reputable HVAC companies in the area. This is no one of them."
