+ -1 moreI don’t weather that was his issue or the laptop. I had to purchase another laptop. I don’t there was an electrical storm that fried my hard drive on my laptop or he didn't know how to fixed but at that point I already spent $250 and I wasn't gone spend any more money to someone else. It was just money down the drain so but I wouldn't recommend him. He was responsive but I don’t know whether he was experienced or there was a real issue with the laptop.
Description of Work: Computer Doc made a house call took my laptop to their place and then after a few days he came back to return. I needed immediately and basically I have to wait , he charged me $250 and then didn't do the work , disconnected my secure access to web and I have to get my internet company to came back out for me. basically he couldn't fix my laptop ,
