+ -1 moreI worked with Vince Keane while looking at properties and he is a wealth of information regarding the local area and neighborhoods. He answered a multitude of questions, provided insight and advice where necessary and made himself available for the home inspection and the bank closing. If I were to need real estate services again I would not hesitate to call upon him or the office he works out of.
Description of Work: Wiechert Southern Coast signed me up for automatic emails for their listings and enabled me to look at up to date homes for sale through their website. I found this to be much more reliable than any of the real estate apps. I was able to efficiently determine which properties might work for me and then set up the appointment to see them.
