superb job for lawn maintenance - I have been well satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Paid Matthew Vrooman in advance for weekly service. He quit and has refused to refund the $842 that I paid him. Took him to court, never showed up or responded to anything the court sent him! Run away as fast as you can from this guy! He is not licensed and is not accredited by the BBB! Never showed up when he was supposed to. Always had an excuse!

Work was to be completed by June 1, 2022 - Scope of work - Remove dead grass and 2 inch of old soil, replace with new top soil and new sod 3 pallets = 1,500sf at $1.50 per sf, raise 10 sprinkler heads $100, Mulch front and back flower beds $100 and trim bushes $100. The Lawn Guy did not remove the old 2 inch of soil so the new top soil and sod was higher then all my pavers and they promised to raise the pavers. WORK NOT COMPLETED Raising the pavers in the Front Yard and Mulch in the flower beds in the backyard another contractors quote is $435, the 5 sprinkler heads per lawn guy is $50 and 100Sf of sod not completed and 150sf of dead sod to be replace at lawn guys unit cost of approx $1.50 = $375 TOTAL COST of work NOT COMPLETED = $860. I FIRED the Lawn Guy on June 24, 2022 reasons why 6/2 they promised 6/4 to do work NO SHOW, 6/6 they promised 6/8 to do work NO SHOW, 6/10 they promised 6/11 to do work NO SHOW, No communications until 6/24 when I FIRED them.

Way over priced!

They are very competent and did a wonderful job. I would definately prefer them to others. I am expecting them to do more work for me at a later time. Tx

Matt and his team did a great job removing some overgrown bushes. Very neat and it can put prefect. I would definitely refer him to all.

I have been using Matt and his team for years from Lawn & Bush maintenance, Mulch, to stone Borders & Rock flower beds. He is easy to contact, performs above what he says he will do. his team Never forgets who the Customer is and go the extra distance to please you. When he see something not right he corrects it and doesn't nickel and dime you. Matt is like family can be trusted

Matt and the crew did a great job with the removal of old shrubbery and the planting of new shrubs as well as repositioning our sprinkler heads to obtain maximum water efficiency. Everything was done on time and at the agreed pricing with no issues. I would recommend "The Lawn Guy" to anyone looking to do anything with lawn care, mowing or any landscaping projects they have.

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job with the stone pavers for our backyard and side yard project. They completely transformed the landscape of our home. They also installed a drainage system to help with any water issues that we may face from storms. I would totally recommend these guys!!

I hired The Lawn Guy after reading reviews on this website. They do a fine job of mowing and caring for lawn however I contracted with them to do a relatively small but labor intensive project in the front yard. I wanted clay removed, good soil put in and area mulched. The work was never done, Repeated attempts to reach owner to get project done were not answered. Deposit was cashed over 40 days ago.

There were multiple services that we hired them for, including but not limited to General Landscaping and Lawn Care. They are professional, easy to work with and the staff are exceptional individually as well as team wise. Couldn't find any better for my money.

The employees of the company were courteous to work with and removed pine trees and stumps in a safe and professional manner. The project was not completed due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. However, the owner of the company was difficult to contact after the project was halted and refused to deal with my request for a partial retainer reimbursement. Phone calls were not returned and emails remained ignored and unresponded to when I requested part of the initial retainer be returned. The issue still has not been resolved. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company due to management difficulty.

Matthew and his clean cut, hard working crew just left. For our 36th anniversary we got the most beautiful landscape transformation our property has ever had. Everything looks great, cleanup was great, and most of all, the nicest of people to deal with for the best price. We highly recommend them!

They came today to analyze my irrigation. They adjusted all the heads to water the lawn correctly. They had 3 people and they finished in 90 minutes. I was very pleased at their efficiency and the cost was very attractive. Good team!!
