They were prompt, they were professional, they did shoed up when they said they were going to. I would definitely use them again if we need more electrical service.

Excellent. I called early yesterday morning and was scheduled for an appointment between 11-2. Patrick called 15 minutes prior to arrival and I received a text with a picture so I would know who would make the call … great action to assure security. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to quickly solve our problem and even suggested an appropriate cover for the outlet since it is outside. He didn't have one on the truck, but ran to HD and returned shortly to complete the job. I definitely would call them in the future for any electrical needs here at the beach. The response was terrific since this a second home and we only had a short window of time to get the problem resolved.

Mr. Electric technician was great. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, neat and professional. I appreciated the safety inspection that was done before he installed our generator switch gear. I would definitely call Mr. Electric again for future electrical service.
