The job wasn't necessarily done to my satisfaction because there are several spots in the ceiling missed.

He did not showed up at day of the scheduled, emailed 1 day after (today) saying my phone was wrong on Angieslist (one of the phone was wrong but the other was right, neither way, my email was correct and he could have send a msg through Angieslist anyways before the job, to confirm it) and then he could not honor the second appointment which should be for tomorrow. If you need someone dependable rum from them.

Jimmy gave a time frame of two weeks and it took 10 days.

They were very timely - in fact, they showed up a little bit early both days which was great. The work was done well and it was a very friendly staff.

Communication and responsiveness, punctuality, and quality of work were outstanding. The guys came back to complete the additional painting the following morning, and they left all rooms clean and looking great.

'repainting work' looks great. Also, was very please with the pressure washing of the outside of house. Even in the dreary, rainy weather house looked cleaner and brighter. Jimmy's crew are polite, and get right to work. They are thorough and from what I can tell, want to do a good job. Jimmy is always easy to contact and prompt to return calls and text messages. They don't leave you hanging wondering if they will show up! This is the second time I have used their services and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Overall very good. Communication was good getting quote and scheduling. Price was a little higher than other bids, but comparable. Crew arrived early - like 7:30 AM if I recall - which is a miracle for most contractors. Crew of 5 or 7 guys, all English speaking, finished the job quick and neat in a single day, and cleaned up well after. Only problems were in the (verbal) quotes and details. On both jobs, Jimmy gave verbal quotes only, talked a lot about how he likes to "do things right", how he, himself, might even "touch up the trim here... redo those moldings there... NO charge... because that's the way I work..." On both jobs, he arrived at the start of the day... maybe did a little painting himself... then the phone would ring, and he was gone. Of course his crew would do a great job on their own, and finish up nicely... but all those little "free" details would not get done. Not saying he's a bad guy... just over-promises... if it's important to you, get it in writing, that's all.

I have know Jimmy for about 3 years. He painted the exterior of my house. He also does a lot of painting for my company "Pearson Construction". He is very reliable, very clean with each job performed. He is also on time and finishes job in a timely manner. I can say that Jimmy takes pride in all his work. I can assure you Jimmy will paint your house or business to perfection for beautiful results.

We hired Jimmy and his crew to paint the exterior of our home. They started the project on schedule and showed up every morning on time. They were very attentive to details, very polite and courteous. The job was finished on time and we were very pleased with the work they did. We would definitely use them again in the future.

After the stress of dealing with two other individuals who were not on time and one who never showed up and the other always late and did not do professional work, Jimmy's crew was a great relief. I called Jimmy for a last-minute emergency job and he was able to accommodate me very quickly. He did a very professional, high-quality that we were very pleased with.

We were in a very stressful situation. We had some concrete poured and the concrete contractor splattered concrete all over our siding. In attempting to remove, they scratched up some of our siding. I discovered the excellent rating Jimmy had through Home Advisors. He came to our house one evening, went over the pressure washing and how he would go about cleaning our home and getting rid of the concrete. He was so great at easing our minds. He did the most awesome job cleaning but more importantly removing the concrete. I have before and after pictures. I am not sure how to post them but the difference is unbelievable. I took the pictures on my phone. He even cleaned our sidewalk with no additional cost. It looks practically new and wow what a difference. I cannot say enough good things about him. I will most definitely recommend him and use his services in the future.

All that needs to be said is what Jimmy said to me "I do what I say I'm going to do until the customer is happy!" And that's what he and his crew did. Awesome job!

I choose Jimmy's Coatings Unlimited it was a little higher in price but he met my deadline. I liked his professionalism from the beginning. Sheetrock work was very poor on ceilings before & Jimmy's company repaired all ceilings. They were able to paint all walls in a timely & professional manner. Jimmy caulked base & crown due to cracks & caulk & nail pops. He stands out from the others because he saw things & fixed for no charge. Once job was completed Jimmy's company cleaned all floors.

Jimmy and his guys were awesome. The house was a renovation and it looked pretty rough before the guys started. Now it looks like a brand new place! They guys all worked hard and even did a few things that weren't included in the quote. The owner Jimmy was here often to check on the quality of the work and even did a lot himself. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
