Went very well. I love my new couch!

We first bought two small chairs from this store in 2006 and received excellent customer service and attention from the sales people even though our purchase was small. I was impressed by the large variety of QUALITY built furniture for the home. This was the store I went back to when I was searching for a bedroom set for our home in the spring of 2010. No high pressure sales pitches. The sales people do greet you, but allow you the "space" to look around the store for awhile and check with you occasionally to ask if you have any questions. I found a beautiful bedroom suite on sale and the salespeople were very kind, patient and professional in answering my questions. They assisted in planning and delivery of the furniture that was going to take place 6 months later from the time I bought it! The delivery of the furniture took place as planned. The delivery men were professional and took their time in being careful not to damage the furniture and our home when moving the furniture in. In fact, after the furniture was placed in the bedroom- and I realized I had enough space in our bedroom to fit a 2nd nightstand- one of the delivery men offered to call the store and coordinate having a second nightstand to be delivered to J and K for my husband and I to pay for and pick up the next day! I will continue to shop at J and K at 36th north in Myrtle Beach because of the excellent customer service they provide as well as the excellent variety and quality of furniture they carry!!!
