Description of Work: He did 3 bedrooms, a long hallway, 7 chairs and a large sectional, 4 area rugs which are wool. I had paid between $500-700 in past from different cleaning services for much less the work(no chairs/couch). I thought he was joking when he told me $225! The service was so good that I paid him $300. I will now use him quarterly instead of my prior twice a year regimen with others, because of the cost.
