Ductworks Heating and Cooling, Inc.

The first technician checked everything and said my problem was because my home was older and needed better insulation. I told him I had a problem before and there was a leak in the duct work in the crawlspace. He went to the crawlspace entrance, looked in, and said it was fine. I had a friend that went under the house and found the leak. I called Duct Works who promised to send someone else out. The second technician came out and agreed there was a leak. They charged me another $100 to fix the leak. My plumber was under the house and said it was very cool and in his opinion there was a leak in the duct work. I had another company come and check it, found the leak, and repaired it. Duct Works Heating and Cooling made two trips and charged me over $200 and still did not repair my air conditioning but left both times telling me it was repaired while I was paying to air condition my crawlspace. I contacted the owner, Cameron Hinson, and in spite of the fact that his techs failed to repair my air conditioning, he refused to refund my money. Duct Works

82Late in August, we received notification of a problem with our 10 year old system and a recommendation that it be replaced. We contacted Ductworks Heating and Cooling, Inc. who serviced the unit and discussed the need for replacement with Cameron Hinson. We agreed to have the unit replaced and scheduled the replacement for Monday September 7th. Because of the weather it was necessary to reschedule the work for the next day. Two technicians arrived at our condo on time and went to work on replacing the unit. It was necessary to install the main unit on the roof of the 15 story building. Both technicians were very professional and answered all our questions and instructed us on the use of the new system. They did a great job and left the work area very clean and orderly. We would recommend Ductworks Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs to have their air conditioner/heat pump replaced or serviced. We couldn't be more pleased with their service.
