Brandon was great. He was on time, evaluated the carpet and gave me a price based on how the carpet looked. They were so professional and hardworking. They were also very considerate of the fact that I had dogs and were very willing to work around them. I would highly recommend there services to anyone who wants a non toxic but extremely effective carpet cleaning service.

Chemdry does an excellent job. much preferred to "Wet" carpet cleaners. Using a credit card costs more.

ChemDry did a very good job. They were very pleasant when asking questions about the cleaning process and making the appointment. They arrived on time, did a very thorough job, moving furniture to clean the entire carpet, then returned the furniture to its original location. At the end of the appointment, they removed trash and their equipment and explained how long we needed to wait to walk on the carpet, etc. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The carpets looked almost brand new after their work, and dried quickly. The owner and his helper were friendly, efficient and professional, arriving 15 minutes before the appointed time, and working industriously all the time. They were careful around my furniture, not like a competitive service that I had previously. I plan to have them come back to clean my upholstery shortly. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality, realizing that you may pay a little more.

They did a very good job. They were excellent and fast. They did a very efficient job.

They were very nice and did a great job. My carpet looks great. I even referred them to my daughter who also had great results.

They cleaned large area of carpets and recommended a person for carpet stretching, which we desperately needed. We gained the knowledge of experience of doing what they do very well.

My carpets were really stained. We had used some spot remover on the carpets & it looked good for a while, but then the stains came back. I even rented a steam cleaner from the grocery store & again it looked good for a while. It was a back breaking & tiring job. I called Chem dry one day & they gave me a quote over the phone after I gave them the approximate measurements of the rooms. I could have had an appt. the next day, but I chose to set it up for the following week. I moved all dining room chairs, lamps & breakables from the room. They do not move electronics which was fine with me. I do have a big wooden wall section that I did not want moved. I didn't ask them if they would have moved it. They did move the end tables, love seat & rocker/recliners. My husband & I took the glass dining room table off & stored it on our bed while they were there. I tried to move as much as possible because I think that keeps the price down. It also forced me to weed out a lot of junk & do some fall cleaning. I was pleased with the service. The carpets look good & they gave me some tips on how to treat stains. Club soda for all stains, no soap or carpet cleaners. The only thing is that it took longer than 2 hours to dry, especially in the heavily traveled areas. We went out shopping after they left so we wouldn't walk on the wet carpets & I should have turned on the ceiling fans. I did turn them on after coming home & also used some small fans on the really wet spots. I would definitely have them come back to clean the carpets. It was relatively odor free which is a plus.
