We had a really good experience. Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year (102 degrees). When we called, they indicated they were very busy, but we got a return call within one hour from their repair person who showed up 15 minutes after the call. He found two problems with the system, had the parts with him and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Also provided a lot of good information on the current status of our system and possible replacement options. He was able to initiate an annual contract which reduced the pricing on the service call by 10% on the spot. He did not try to sell us on any higher cost work or products. We appreciated his professionalism and the fast response time - this was timely, effective work at a reasonable price.

I cannot thank Atlantic Heating & Cooling enough! I am a first time home owner and new to the area. So, when my hvac system wasn't working I employed the business that took over the service agreement that installed the unit.. long story short, after 6 different trips and 4 different employees they could not figure it out and were charging me HUGE amounts for labor and parts that weren't needed for a problem they couldn't diagnose. So, I called Atlantic for a second opinion, in which turned into them figuring out the problem and fixing it for a very fair price. The people who helped were very honest, informative, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thank you to Johnathan, Kyle. Graham, Michael and Raymend. They displayed such great team work! They problem solved, communicated, worked well individually and as a team. They truly cared about this hvac quandary and Me! One day they spent 8 hours w/o lunch determined to figure it out! They even contacted the unit manufacturer for support! What the what!? Who does that!!? Atlantic Heating & Cooling does! To me this shows they want to help AND continue to learn so they become the best & most knowledgeable! In addition, it's a family owned company (even the owner came out to meet me & help)! I trusted this team to come into my home when I couldn't be there! So being family owned, family proud and family lead means their employees are family and that's how they treated me, like family! Johnathan, it was because of you that eased my anxiety about this hvac problem. You were dedicated to finding the problem and fixing it. All while being so nice and patient with my many questions, presence and silly small talk. You are a wonderful person and excellent hvac doctor! They replaced heat pump with one day's notice, since it was an emergency. Great service and great company.

Service man was at our door step within 20 minutes of our call for help. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable - identified the issue within 30 seconds of removing the outside unit cover - had the replacement part on the truck - work finished quickly. We could not be more pleased.

We called in the morning and the technician was here very quickly. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job checking our HVAC system and then installing and setting up the new thermostats. We highly recommend this company and will use them again

I thought the job went very well. They seemed to do fine, everything seems to go fine, I have no complaints. Everything is working good. I wasn't as close to their work, I hired, they came and did it and they left. I wasn't there when they did it but everything seemed to be fine. They seem to be competent, their price seemed to be reasonable. And it's worked since then. The price was good, I don't know if it was outstanding, but it's good. They came and did their job well. I had no complaints at all with them.

They were excellent. The guy was great. He fixed everything. I would definitely call them again. He fixed it, had it done about 15-20 minutes. They came out like they said they would. The guy was just totally honest and a great guy. A great company. They are really good and reliable company. If you need air conditioning people, that is who I would call.

They did not do the work. Since you ask that question at the type why do you request information that can't be responded to?

They were very professional and very quick to put in the system. The only problem I had was that they were a little spotty with following up. Installation was smooth. When I went to change the filter something looked wrong and I called them to come out and by the end of the day I had a new system in. They are very fast, quick, and professional.

Tom showed up exactly at 10:30 AM and spent 1 hour checking out inside and out. Our outside system us on the roof and he went up there too.
