On Mar 28, a Friday, I found Mr Z using Angie's List, contacted him, and told him I had an irrigation leak repair. He said he would show on Apr 2, Wed at 7:30 AM. On Tues, I sent him a text to remind him of the next mornings appointment. He said he did not have me "on the schedule for tomorrow, when did you call?" and requested "more info." (I have all the text messages). I reminded him of when I called but got nothing else back from him. I awoke the next morning at 8 with a business card at the door and a text that he had been there at 7:30. I texted him I did not expect him after he told me I was not scheduled and heard nothing else from him. He apologized for the mix-up and said to call when I got back in town. I eventually dug down and found the leaking valve, and sent him a picture of what I found. He replied and said he would call later to set up an appointment to replace the valve. That was April 10. It is now May 3, 3 weeks later. I have left several phone messages and texts asking if he intends to do this or not and have heard nothing. Mr Z seemed to have good intentions to begin with, but the last three weeks seems to speak for itself. Whether the job is too small for him to want to mess with, I at least expect a reputable business to be professional enough to reply to its customers. Since nothing was ever done, I can't comment on the quality of the work etc. I'd say that if you want an irrigation system put in ($$$), you are probably worth his time. For anything less, good luck.

He was prompt and we were very pleased with his work. We had an issue with the drip line and he came out the next day and fixed it for no cost.

About as easy as it can get! I email him a copy of the notice. He comes very promptly to inspect it, then sends verification to the city. I send him a check. At times when I have met with Jon he has provided good money-saving advice on the maintenance of the irrigation system.

Mr. Zelasko provided excellent service. He was prompt, courteous, and explained in detail all the work that needed to be done to repair the irrigation system. Our irrigation system is now effective and more efficient. My wife and I highly recommend his company.

Came out and looked at what I needed done and was supposed to get a quote together for me. NEVER heard back from him.

Jon was very responsive, timely and professional. He responed to my e-mail request within a few hours. He called the next day and made an appointment. He showed up when he promised, determined the problem with my outdoor lighting system, and repaired it. My wife was impressed with his work and his professional conduct. I would reccomend him.

He was prompt and he only did what needed to be fixed. He treated me very nicely and politely. His price was reasonable.

For more than a week, Jon repeatedlly failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. We made an appointment for early on a Monday morning, and Jon failed to show up. When I called him, he had entirely forgotten that we had even made an appointment. Needless to say, I'll be finding someone else to work on my irrigation system.

He was pleasant and professional. He had the necessary equipment and parts to fix it all at once. My only thought was it could have been $130-$150 verses the $195. He completed all work in less than 1 !/2 hours. What do I know anyway, his come check it out fee was $65.00.

I used them once last year and once more in March. First time he had to reschedule his appointment for his daughter. The appointment went really good. He is the best in the area and has good reports on Angieslist. The second time when I called him it went perfectly well. He was a little bit early for the appointment. He had given me estimate prior to coming out. He did the repair in the allotted time and was very cordial. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained everything in detail. I should have it checked once a year by the city and he filled out that information as well. It was just a good experience. He was great.

Jon set up an appointment very quickly. He conducted the inspection and gave me a few ideas on how to best use my system. He was very efficient and helpful!

He has been coming to my house and my neighbor’s house for about five years. He is quick and thoughtful. He came by to make sure that everything was covered up. He is great, very conscientious and reasonable.

After having my irrigation system dormant for over 2 years - Jon Zelasko was able to locate, repair and/or replace the missing valves and controller and got the system working again. Very professional and knowledgeable (over 17 years in Golf Course irrigation experience)

We have had many problems with our irrigation caused by the city water workers having gotten gravel in the lines when a line was hit. Jon has come quickly when called and works patiently until the problem is solved. He responds to my calls in a timely fashion and comes to the house within 48 hours, less in an emergency. Our gravel problems were very difficult to solve and Jon had to come back many times while working with the city workers by phone and meeting with them at my house. Together they finally solved it with a second backwash by the city and having Jon clean out all of the valves and heads. During this time he also moved and added sprinkler heads. He also installed landscape lighting in our garden and we have been very pleased. On two occasions lights were broken and he quickly replaced them. He also will set up a timetable to remove and clean the lights on a regular basis. He is always pleasant, punctual and and knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable.
