It went great. Wysong gave us a price. Told us when they could do the work. The showed up with everyone and everything they needed to get the work done. And, cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.

Excellent service. Came out promptly to give an estimate. Took his time taking all measurements, made useful suggestions and recommendations, gave accurate time frame for the doors to arrive and for the installation process. The doors look excellent. Also cut 3 glass shelves for small alcove at no additional charge.

Assessing the situation, he offered valuable input recommending a specific type and quality product best suited for the circumstances in order to provide long-term value and satisfaction. Eric quoted a price that was reasonable and fair. During the installation he demonstrated the expertise gained from his years of experience. Excellent workmanship!

I told him I would call him back but I doubt I will after the poor followup to my original request for quote.

We had a window that needed to be replaced and when I first called they suggested that I call the builder to see if it was covered under warranty, which it was. They said they would install it once I received the glass. When I received the glass we sceheduled an install time, no one ever showed up or called. When I called the installer/owner he informed me that he had some personal issues and that his office was supposed to call, we were okay with that, and that he would call the next day to re-schedule, no call. After a couple of days I called the office and the person that answered told me that in all her years in the business she had never installed someone else's glass and our residence was too far from their office to go for an installation (less than 7 miles door to door) but, it was up to the owner where he wanted to work. She was going to call back with an install time the next day, never received a call, and found another company from Angie's list to do the work. This person handling the calls at Wysong Glass was quite rude and based on this experience I would never recommend them to even give an estimate. Cannot understand how they received such high ratings.

We had a great experience with this company! Eric Wysong was very friendly and professional and provided great quality service. As an extra bonus, he was a Christian which I always love when having to hire someone for my home. Highly recommended!
