Ron was the lead electrician who managed the entire installation. He was professional, competent, and efficient, and was in full communication with us regarding our goals and expectations - very customer service oriented, and the system works well. We have asked Ron to handle several other electrical issues around our home. Transworld's office staff has been responsive, sending him out on the same day where required. He's terrific, and so is the office staff.

The two men stuck with it until they fixed it. Now it will check itself every week and come on when our electricity goes off.

The commercial work was the selection and installation of two high HP motor starter switches with low voltage protection. Three other companies looked at the job and turned it down, one claiming that it couldn't be done. Transworld did it easily. The residential work seemed simple to me, but the bids were all over the map. Transworld had the low bid and performed quality work. They showed up on time and did the work they said they were going to do at the quoted cost with no add-ons.

We contacted Transword Electrical to come out and survey the wiring of our house using the CurrentSAFE program after a lightning strike. The service came recommended to us by our friend who used to be an electrician. I believe CurrentSAFE subcontracts through Transworld, but I believe the electrician was a Transworld employee (though, I'm not entirely sure). The process was frustrating. When I first contacted them, I was told I needed to arrange an appointment to have them come to the house to survey, which made sense. That said, when the person arrived, it was only to 'check-out' the breaker box and a handful of outlets, as well as playing a brief PowerPoint presentation. Once we had gone over the presentation and the paperwork, I then had to schedule the actual appointment. This is what I found to be most frustrating! I felt everything in the initial meeting could have been handled electronically with a PDF and pictures, but instead I had to waste time having someone come out only to make another appointment. The electrician was able to come out the following day, which was a relief because I was initially told he wouldn't have been available until the following week. The gentleman was on time, very polite and seemingly thorough. I didn't have many questions during his walk-through of the house, but he was able to answer the questions I did have. The process was very convenient (for us). We were told by the 1st person (salesman, really) that we would have a report by Tuesday (he told us this Thursday in the initial meeting). By late Tuesday, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called to find out the status of our report. I was told the guy was 'unavailable' and to call in the morning. I called in the morning - he wasn't in yet. I was told he was busy but should have my report done 'around noon'. I called around noon and was told I needed to schedule another appointment to have someone go over the report with us - that person was the 1st guy we dealt with. We arranged a meeting for the following day, and upon arriving at the arranged spot, we were given the report. He sat there and watched us flip through the report without giving any real guidance about it (which, most of it was easy to understand). We had one relatively simple question, and he could not answer it. He proceeded to tell us that he was not an electrician and would have to call someone. I was very annoyed and frustrated at this point, and the process seemed very much like a waste of time. That said, he was able to get someone on the phone who was able to answer the question. All in all, I would recommend the service for peace of mind - especially after a lightning strike! Just be warned, the process is kind of a waste of time and can be frustrating, especially if you have questions about the report.

It went okay until a week later I was not able to turn on my ceiling fan in living room or patio. Transworld electrician was having problems with the wiring. However, i got someone else in and he corrected the problem. It costed me $85 from the other person and $168 for transworld. Not very happy about them at this time.

They came in, did the work as requested and hung the sconces. Perfect job, within budget. Fair price. 100% satisfied. Plan on using them again when we connect to electric service underground. Currently the street wires are on Poles.

They are very reliable. They are on time and able to come out the same day I called. They leave the house in immaculate condition. The men were very nice and helpful and answered all my questions well. They gave me a detailed report to refer to. The receptionist was even nice when it came time for scheduling. My experience was just marvelous. I would recommend them highly.

For the most part they were good. After they were done, a couple weeks later, there was an electrical problem with the circuits. They charged me for the 2nd visit which I did not appreciate. They had to replace two outdoor circuits. However, they are very reputable and I would recommend them. The technicians that did come out were presentable and professional.

Job took about two hours total but they had to come back several times because the repairs did not work or needed supplies. Tried to charge approximately $1500 for two to three hours work of a very simple nature. Be certain to get estimate.

Arrived exactly on time even though we are an hour out of town. Went right to work and had all the materials with them (a new for us). Were very conscious of having an impact on 250 year old house so went out of their way to be careful. Gave us advice for future work that was imgainative.
