I was very surprised that they could work me into the schedule as quickly as the very day that I posted the request. The workmen installed the TV mount in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. I also asked them to look at some problems with GFCI outlets; they did the troubleshooting and fixed the problem quickly.

This has been one of my best service experiences this year. I had to reschedule my appointment due to the birth of my child. The day before my new appointment, I received flowers from Total Entertainment Solutions congratulating the birth of our child. This was totally unexpected but AWESOME! Jordan Lopez and his colleague did a great job installing my TV over the fireplace and concealing the cables. Took them less than 2 hours to complete. I would definitely recommend Jordan and Total Entertainment Solutions and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Jordan came out to our house at the scheduled time and wired in 4 outdoor security cameras. The work turned out terrific and can barely see any of the wires. Everything was tucked away and hidden very nice. There price was also one of the lowest we were quoted for this job.

Total Entertainment Solutions, owner Jordan Lopez were just fantastic! I purchased a large, heavy, expensive wall/TV unit (from Poland) that had to be installed to dry wall with metal studs behind. Jordan and his team put much thought into how to hang and parts to use. They were diligent on hiding all cords, straight lines, and oh so professional. I will call on them again in a heartbeat!
