I have never had a problem since using them. If I do have a problem they charge for the parts but not to come out.

They just gave me some information and they were too expensive, so I quit looking. It was $300 per unit and we have two, and a $100 some dollars per vent in the house and that was astronomical. I called them out because they were first on the list and I didn’t have time to go researching the others.

David Ott did a good job of answering our questions and helping to decide what equipment SEER rating to purchase. He also convinced us that our old duct work could be easily repaired versus being replaced, as was recommended by other contractors. This significantly reduced the cost of the job. His estimate was very competitive compared to others for the same equipment. The crew was very professional and thorough, and all work was performed all work as agreed. They were careful to avoid damage to landscaping and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly.

Our overall experience was good and we will use them again in the future.
