+ -1 moreWhile initially he was responsive, when some issues came up that required him to fix or help us investigate the cause of the problem, he rarely answered his phone and his voicemail was always full so no messages could be left for his reivew. On several occasions he promised to come to the house, we set a time to meet, and he never showed up. Overall, had he simply showed up when he said he would, and if he would have accepted that some of his work required remedial repairs, his rating would have been much better and I would most likely be satisfied. However, due to his poor performance and lack of response, my rating is definitely not supportive of his professionalism.
Description of Work: Rob installed floors for a renovation/addition on our house.
