+ -1 morePressure Wash King did an Amazing Job as usual for us. We've gone to this same company for going on 10 years now. Saved in contacts first time they came out and now just give them a call when it's that time again. Unlike other companies their prices have stayed reasonable, affordable and comparable over the years which to me is an added value. As long as I live in the local area and they are open for business they will remain my go to company for Pressure Washing and Interior Painting needs. As always thanks for an easy transaction and an excellent job done. Keeps my home looking good, the HOA Happy and the HOA Out of My Hair, which is always a plus. 😊😊

+ -1 moreHouse was decent. Driveways and patios terrible they look like thy were not washed and they charged $172 just for the patios and driveways. I would not recommend them. Feel like I was ripped off. If you use only have them do the house. When I called did not give any customer service. Tech told me that was the best he could do and when he was in the area again he would redo it.

Description of Work: I have a mixed review on the Pressure Washer King. The first time we used them we were very happy. I believe his name is David who is owner. He came out was on time and pressure washed the house for the advertised price of $79.99. House looked great. | |I call 2 years later to have the house pressure washed by the Pressure Wash King. This time it is not Dave but 2 other guys who were over an hour late for the appointment. You could tell off the bat they could care less about doing the job. I had 3 houses that were scheduled to be pressure washed that day. Two of them were next door to each other. They looked at the first house and told me how dirty the outside of my house was and it is going to cost me extra. They want for house #1 - $140 and house #2 - $120. I told them that is not the price I was given when I called. I was told $79.99 per house. He told me "Well your house is really dirty. How long has it been since its been pressure washed." I told him 2 years ago. He tells me "Well it is gonna cost extra." Meanwhile his partner is in the backyard looking around - not sure why. I told them that I was not willing to pay that amount as that was not the quoted price I was given when I called and that they could leave. | |After they left I saw that my dogs who I let out after they left are now running down the road. When I checked they had left the gate open. | |I did call the owner and explain to him what happened. He did apologize and explained that one of the guys had a bad ear infection and was not feeling well. He also did say that he knew someone else that could do the job at the price of $79.99. I declined the offer. At this point I had had enough. | |As I said earlier I do have a mixed review. This review is based on my last experience with this company. The first time I used them I would have given them a much better review.

+ -1 morePressure Wash King has washed my home in the past, and I have always been pleased with their work. However, this year I set an appointment for Monday, April 20th. I waited all day for the technician to show up. I called the office just after 5:00 to find out why no one came. I was told that he got sick and went home at noon, but he called and left me a voice message saying he would not be there. Of course, I checked my call history on my phone and no one from Pressure Wash King had called. I was told that he would be there on Wednesday, and they would try to make it early in the day. But by 4:30 on Wednesday, no one had showed up. I called the office and they had no explanation why. So I canceled the order. I did get a phone call later that day and was told that my job had not been given to the original technician to be done on Wednesday, but assigned to another man to be done sometime on Friday.
Description of Work: The provider failed to show up to do the work.

+ -1 moreGreat deal. Called to have a rental house washed due to HOA requirements. Tenant was satisfied with the job and HOA is off my back. Low hassle process, made payment online. Great service for landlords and at the cheapest price around. I was considering buying a pressure washer, but can't justify it when these guys will do it for $80.

The service is prompt and after they leave the whole outside of the house is sparkling clean! I will continue to be a repeat customer. I have referred them to friends around the area as well and no one has anything bad to say, nothing but positive feed about the great service and unbeatable price.

+ -1 moreHail to the King!!!! Impressive service at an even more impressive price! My wife called and made an appointment to have our house, driveway and sidewalk pressure cleaned. The time we were given was 11:00-1:00. Ricky showed up at 11:45 and by 1:15, he was finished. He did an awesome job and everything looks outstanding. Thanks for providing great service at a great price!

After three phone calls, 2 to a female from whom I requested a call back and 1 to him, I arranged with him to meet on a given day. Gave him directions to residence and TX# for additional contact purposes. Never showed for the appointment, and, no call explaining why. Obviously, not a reliable person. Wouldn't hire!

+ -1 morePWK answered the first time I called and were easy to schedule with. They showed up on time and were patient with me while I figured out how to unlock the gates. I left them alone, they did the work well, and they left behind an invoice. No payment up front and willing to work when you're not home is a big plus.
Description of Work: They cleaned our neighborhood pool building again this year and did a fantastic job for an incredible price. Because their price is so reasonable, we decided to use their new dirt-repellant product as well. They cleaned all of the vinyl on the building, our signs, and the pillars of the pergola.

+ -1 moreThe pressure washing was scheduled to be completed on Monday, March 4, 2013. We advised our tenants living in the duplex of the pressure washing. The next day our tenants called us to tell us that the pressure washing company never showed up when they were scheduled. My wife called Pressure Wash King and spoke to the person who answered the phone, which was not the owner she had previously spoken with. The woman claimed that the weather was too cold to complete the pressure washing on the scheduled date and that they were planning on doing the pressure washing today instead. The owner had taken down my wife's phone number when the pressure washing was originally scheduled and no one called to inform her that the pressure washing could not be completed as scheduled due to weather or that it would be automatically rescheduled to the next day. We instructed the woman on the phone that we wanted the pressure washing cancelled, that we were disappointed and angry they did not show up on the scheduled date and that they did not contact us when plans were changed. We will not be using Pressure Wash King for our pressure washing needs and we recommend that you do not use them.
Description of Work: My wife called Pressure Wash King to get an estimate on pressure washing our single story duplex in North Charleston. The owner of Pressure Wash King estimated the cost to be around $110-$120. She agreed that was a reasonable price for the work to be done and scheduled the pressure washing for the following Monday.

+ -1 moreI called on Tuesday morning and they set an appointment for Thursday. They showed up about 11:30 and got right to work. It took about an hour to do the entire house. I can't believe how good my house now looks. They got everywhere, the gable roofs (that were too high for me to reach with my DIY pressure washer; under the eaves, everywhere. With this kind of service at this price, I'm never going to pressure wash my home myself again.

I was very disappointed as I have used his company before. To this day, I still have not heard from him and my fence has been pressure washed by another company. Dave, you lost a customer permanently.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. We called him earlier in the week and he was able to schedule us in a couple days later. He was here for about an hour, and the house looks much better than it did before. I will definitely be using his services again next year.
