Company always came when they said they were coming or called to let you know they had to change the day and gave you a reason why it was changed. Service people came and worked one day way into the night to complete the replacement surround sound system in my house.

The men were truly experts in their field. They were very courteous and explained everything they were doing. The price was as advertised. We are extremely pleased and will reccomend to our friends and family.

Premier Sound Satellite & Security, LLC, responded quickly and positively to our request for a quote and installation of 4 security cameras around the exterior perimeter of our home. We were not pressured into using them to monitor the security cameras, although that was offered. The technicians who arrived did a very quick and professional installation of the 4 cameras. They did a much better job than the large security company who installed our first security system. We would definitely seek services from Premier Sound Satellite & Security again.

Hired them back again to install a whole new system, the one that was previously installed by a different company was defective, but premier took care of repair. Fixed what I needed gave me advice for other options. Wasn't all about money actually wanted to help. Impressed by their knowledge and how they were there to actually help with my project unlike most.
