Prompt service. Came to give quote and offered to do the job the same day. Technician negotiated a price comparable to other quotes we received with his boss prior to installation. He Cleaned up beautifully, everything working well. We had Prefered Home services for an HVAC repair in the past, that’s why we called them for a quote. Good immediate reliable service twice now!

Our technicians, Jacob Flowers and Tanner Watson, were timely, courteous and thorough despite working on. a holiday weekend day. They explained in detail how the installation would proceed and remained engaged throughout the process. They completed the install, briefed us on system operation and cleaned up before departing. We would definitely recommend this company and these two gentlemen for their expertise and excellent service!

Sam was courteous and respectful, and explained things clearly which was very helpful. He was a conscientious worker with a confident attitude. Also, he did a good cleanup when installation job was completed. Will certainly recommend !

Too expensive. Hired to find problem with wall socket that has no power. Nice and polite tech. He checked all connections in room, could not find problem. Cost 290 dollars, and I would have to pay more to do further search. Not worth expense. I reported my disappointment with cost and limited search. They offered to lower their guaranteed fixed price that is more than double original cost. I declined. Iâ m sure they could fix it, but way to expensive service.

They were quick to reply to my quote request and Blain arrived when they said he would. I noticed my water heater had gone bad around 11:00am and they had the new one installed around 6:00 the same evening. Blain was extremely nice, professional, and respectful and the work seems to be top notch.

The Technicians were punctual, professional, and courteous. Installed 4 ton 16 sear Lennox split unit AC with gas furnace in one day, and did a great job.

Cody & EJ arrived earlier than scheduled and provided truly top notch, white glove level service. They went above and beyond to follow Covid distancing protocols and promptly put booties over their shoes. They were a sight for sore eyes after 3 days of no A/C in Mid-June in the S.C. heat. They were able to quickly diagnose a stuck pin and then get the unit going and recharged quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
