Description of Work: After a lightning strike, our garage door opener stopped working. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service after reading reviews on Angie's List. They were able to come out the day after we initially contacted them. They arrived a earlier than scheduled, but it wasn't really a big deal at all. They were able to fix the problem in one trip, and the guy was extremely nice and thorough. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future if we ever have any more issues with the garage doors.

He was very thorough, conscientious and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, so I purchased a second package for a second garage door. I would recommend his work to anyone who needs work on their garage doors.

Description of Work: Precision Door came out, inspected door, frames, springs, rollers, & did exactly what they said they would do. New neoprene quiet rollers were installed, & checked every moving part to make sure all was okay. The tech showed me I did not have any safety cables running through the springs. This is necessary if a spring was to break & come apart, it would stay on the cable instead of being thrown everywhere. So I had the safety cables installed in the springs so now that is protected. The tune-up was $99.00 & the Safety cables were 86.00. I am very satisfied & please with Precision Door & highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Technician stated we needed a garage door overhaul, when all that was needed was to oil hinges with WD-40. Technician did not perform garage maintenance at the time of the visit but offered to use $35 payment towards the garage over haul. We never had the overhaul therefore the $35 was not used. SHOULD be owed a refund and will never use a company who is just trying to "sell" a more expensive service that was NOT needed.
