Great, on time, professional, courteous and knew what he was doing.

This was an interesting problem that I had. They installed the new door but they next day it was making more noise than the original door was. They made a mistake and did not install everything I was promised. They came back out and fixed it the next day and now it seems to be working fine. It was a young guy and I think he just needed more experience. They did respond and sent two men to get everything straightened out.

Ken arrived and was very professional and polite from the beginning. This was not a come in and spray some stuff for 5 minutes and leave. He was here roughly 45 minutes adjusting, testing, cleaning, testing - very thorough work. The door is quieter now then when it was first put in! Immediately, I had an email report with all of the inspection notes. If you think your garage door is louder than it should be, don't hesitate to have this company come out and tune it up. Great deal and great service!

Very quickly called me back the same day & booked for the following. I like that! Did the tune-up and replaced the rollers also along with the new "hinge". I mentioned my gasket at the bottom of the door had dried up & broke in some places, so he replaced that.

Great work with no snafus. He had everything completed within an hour.

Tune up was performed, and it was determined that we needed new cables. Our tech installed them when he was here, and the price paid for the additional work was reasonable.

Have always been satisfied it's precision

I guess what I am a little concerned with, it was a bait and switch deal. I contacted them through one of these promotions that offered services for $99.00 and I ended up paying $900.00. They did a good with the doors and what needed to be done. They wouldn't even honor a $99.00 credit. It seemed like a bait and switch to me. They couldn't even discount the services in any extent. So it seemed wrong to me. Their services were good, but bait and switch. That's the way I feel about it. I might use them again, but I don't think I will be needing to use them again. Because they did the work that I needed. I really don't think that I will need to use their services again.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Noticed some other repairs while they were there, which I considered reasonable. Went ahead and paid to have those repairs done as well.

If I could give this company an A+, I would. They are a class act from beginning to end. The receptionist was super knowledgeable and professional, and the tech was at our house within hours on a Sunday! He spent quite a bit of time working on the door (and successfully fixed it) and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be using them again.

Great. They diagnosed the problem, gave options with costs for fixing it. I opted to replace the openers bc they were so old. They had the material and both doors were replaced the same day. The openers work great and I couldn't be happier!

The service tech did exceptional quaility work and was extremely please with the techinician. However the cost for the additional service was rather high and would not recommend getting additional services until recieving more quotes.

Very well. The new opener is very quiet and the insulated garage door keeps the garage noticeably cooler.

They were very good the first time I used them. I recently tried to use them and they said I wasn't in their territory. I put in my zip code and it said I was in their area, but they didn't want to serve me. So I don't know. The first time the owner came out. He's a really nice guy. I would like to have them again but I guess they changed their policy. The first time he did a thorough job. I even asked him to program my car because it had an electronic garage door opener and I didn't know how to do it. It took him about 10 minutes. It was good service.
