See above narrative.
Description of Work: They were professional and prompt. The doors were quieter and adjusted properly. In september we experienced a door failure. The cable broke on one of the doors. Original cheap mechanisms from builder. They came out the very next day and redid the systems on both of doors. This also included a lifetime warranty on their work and mechanism. It was not cheap, but worth it. My doors work much better.

Description of Work: They did what they said they would do: align and quiet my garage door with nylon rollers. Pointed out the the struts were installed in a misaligned position and repositioned them. (Door was new a year ago). Reliable punctual and professional. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Lubed the garage door and pointed out the need for new rollers sooner than later. Garage door was installed in 1970 and has been maintained...he was amazed what good condition the door was in. He also programmed extra garage door openers. Excellent service all around...will certainly use them from now on.

Description of Work: Since 2006 when I purchased my home, the garage door has been very noisy. Precision Door replaced the steel rollers on the door to another type that makes much less noise. I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

It works but what a cost.

Since the work was done in 2009, we went back in our files to check the paperwork and wanted to give you a better explanation of the work that we performed for you. We not only replaced the rollers but also did a complete rebuild of the door. Your garage door, at the time, was 9 years old. Usually well before 9 years, most people start having lots of problems with their doors due to normal wear and tear. In addition, the industry standard parts that are used on most contractor grade doors just aren't meant to last. On your door our records indicate that we replaced two springs, two extension cables, two safety cables, four sheaves / pulleys, 10 rollers plus some other minor hardware. Our parts that we used / use are superior to the parts that we removed. We buy only high cycle, heavy duty parts. When we replaced those parts we also included our limited lifetime warranty which covers our parts and the labor to install them for as long as you own the garage door. Our record also indicate that the total charge for the work was $458.52. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 843-556-7327.
