Description of Work: complete lanscaping project at a rental property that I just recently purchased . He tore out existing overgrowth , tore down a massive shed and broke up and removed its concrete base , then had 5 truck loads of sand and topsoil delivered and spread / graded on the property

+ -1 moreEverything was perfect! After my first call with Paul we met two days later and he then emailed me a proposal two days later. He was flexible and came up with great ideas to fit everything I wanted into my budget. From start to finish it was a very smooth and very professional experience. He gave me the start date and the duration of the project and stuck to it. I would recommend them to everyone!
Description of Work: They did a bluestone and hand-made brick hardscape. Graded out my lawn and laid new saint augustine sod.

Description of Work: Provide and install mulch in natural area beds; remove one bed and provide and install sod to cover and install sod in other bare areas on lawn.

Description of Work: They provided a landscaping/hardscaping outline and drawing of the intended back yard. Paul was punctual and communicated any differences to the original plan/drawing. His company completed the work to my satisfaction and delight. I have a beautifulhardscape rock patio along with a arbor, landscaping, outdoor lights, and irrigation. I have a very small courtyard the work makesthe space look so much larger.

Description of Work: Contract required lawn care, etc. Paul did an excellent job initially, however, for whatever reason his productivity dropped off. Think the economy had something to do with it.

+ -1 moreThe experience was good. They were punctual and came when they said they would. They also sent me the e-mails as requested and all that. The only thing I didn't like is that they had an action item for their work. I wanted them to look into one thing, which was the cost of putting a fire range in the middle of the patio and giving me design options for that. They never got back and that kind of bothered me about them. I had called two companies for giving me quotes and theirs was more reasonable. I had found a personal lead in the neighborhood and held them off, but that did not work out and I would probably call them again.

+ 2 moreThe job was actually started sooner than his first estimate (2 days) and was completed in time alloted. Very professionally done and looks wonderful. Work area was cleaned up after completion of the job. I shop around and found him to be competive with other companies out there. Bottomline, he does excellent work.
Description of Work: I have used Paul for about two year now for lawn care. He and his people are very professional and compentent. He extended my irrigation system and essentially replaced our front yard with sod and ground cover. He has enhanced our lawn scape with flowers, shrubs, and ground cover. Additionally he extended our slate walkway to an area that was dirt and just nasty. This area was transformed into a beautiful field stone patio.
