 + -1 moreThough I live in a remote area, the locksmith arrived in 55 minutes, as promised, and quickly opened one of my locked doors for a charge that was half of what a competitor charged. The locksmith was presentable, courteous and competent. I chose Pop-A-Lock because a friend had previously had a good experience with them in another location.
Description of Work: Pop-A-Lock picked a Schlage door lock for me when I locked myself out of my house.

 + -1 moreSomehow my wife lost all our keys to our condo so we contacted Pop-A-Lock. Two representatives arrived exactly when they said they would be here. They listened to what we wanted. They Discussed all our options and we developed a plan. They quickly did exactly what we discussed, checked to make sure we were satisfied, collected payment, and left, all while being very courteous and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
