 + -1 moreHe was very professional and gave his honest opinion of what he thought I needed which was very appreciated; unlike many retailers that would just try to just sell the most expensive items. It was obvious that he is very experienced in his trade with pool covers and highly trusted among the many pool service providers in Charleston. It also helped that he has kids also and understood how safety is a number one priority for me. I'm looking forward to hearing back from him and can't wait to see what the finished product will look like.
Description of Work: Spoke with them several times on the phone about my pool and hot tub. Their mom was very very nice and pleasant. Kris came out the next day on a Saturday and took his time talking to me, taking needed measurements and pics. I am now awaiting a quote which he said would be ready in 2 days.

 + -1 moreWorked with this company since 2003. The brothers Jon and Kris are among the most customer-focused people I know. This is an A+ outfit in every regard.
Description of Work: Pool cover motor quit working. Brandon, the technician came out as scheduled, trouble-shot problem, did a temporary repair to get the motor running, ordered parts for permanent fix. When parts came in, Clint, the master technician rewired motor control box, elevated motor, and made repairs permanent.

Katie, the mom, keeps the books, the sons, Kris and Jon, run the operation and do work, Clint is the master technician, and Leo is the technician. In 10 years I have nothing but total and complete satisfaction with Pool Cover Solutions. Most recently I called them Sunday requesting Monday--next day--service and they showed up as promised bright and early to solve my problem
