+ -1 moreAwful! Packing and unpacking was only the kitchen and they did not put anything away. The owner ate chips while she packed and left the crumbs on my plates when I had to put the dishes back myself. She feels "unpack" is to leave everything on your counters! She was rude, left for a few hours and complained the entire time. Do not use this company.
